@FuzzyRat13 Hey Fuzz, no I hadn't heard of either of his side projects. Thanks to you I am going to have a great next few days, I've already listened to a couple but this guy is so good one listen is never enough! Thanks for the leads, much appreciated! Peace!
I've been listening to nothing but Bon Iver, and JD Vernon for 3 days straight! His voice is like a drug, once you hear it you gotta have more, and more! Damn good post, thanks!
As good as his voice is, he lacks the range of Buckley. Buckley trumps him on charisma, too. Still moving, for sure. And he's a young artist, so he'll continue to grow.
This was the song I most wanted to hear Justin play at the end of this magical night of music. The words capture what really matters in this life, and are even sweeter because of his humility in the midst of his well deserved success. Thank you Justin.
Agreed. Perfect execution to a timeless classic. He pretty much cant do anything wrong musically. Mahalia, Johnny, Bob... eat your hearts out. Amazing.
As he said, many may have wanted to see him do another Bon Iver song... fortunately for everyone there and now those who can hear it here... he didn't.
Oh great. Now I'm crying.
