and yea nice lift, rly admire ppl doing nice squats, since i busted my own knee cause i started squatting without rly caring much about technique, boy i learned ;)
Dude 400 front squat? That is awesome, just wear spandex running shorts or something, no one can talk crap on you when you are doing a lift like that.
