The euro banknotes have the abbreviation ECB (European Central Bank) written on them in every official language of the EU. A Bill has been submitted to Audit the Federal Reserve. If it passes, they'll find enough corruption to "End the Fed" as the saying goes. If they're planning to do away with the current Monetary System, a New System might neccessitate a New Central Bank. Who knows. We'll have to wait and see.

To some, certain symbolism is important and even religious, so to them, they may have an entirely different interpretation. You and I cannot tell for certain...but we can guess and even analyze. You could even ask the Coin Designer himself? Or whoever may have *commissioned* him to design it?
@GreyElfGT I honestly don't think that the amero will every be created. You might think it's possible because you saw that happen in Europe but Europe was very different from America. We had several small states, each with its own currency (even a country like Malta, with a population of only 300 000 had its own. It didn't make sense to have a common market and not to have a common currency. Besides, our goal is to unite and I don't think that's what American politicians want.
