  • @anusalltheway Me too. And I'm a self-defense instructor.

  • Frank whas a good guy..may frank RIP and may god bless hes soul

  • @freshnaked I didn't like that ending. To me, it just seemed like a meaningless tragedy to have Jim die at the end. I almost preferred just to imagine that that ending really didn't exist because there was nothing to be gained or understood from watching Jim die. It just seemed gratuitous.

  • @ESPSAlita in the dvd version he survives.

  • To the 3 people who disliked this, what's wrong with you?

  • Wicked music... Perfectly reflects what happens actually.

  • @TheUmbrellaFiles

Cos the other one cost a bomb, didn't it

  • Comment removed

  • Frank sucked next.

  • The saddest track

  • "KEEP AWAY FROM ME....KEEP AWAY FROM ME" AHHHGG...GHHHHAA...AAHHHHH ....AWESOME!!! LOL.

  • Frank's death was sad. The part where Jim makes his way home to find his parents committed suicide to escape the horror enveloping them and everyone else in Britain was sad, too.

  • Fucking zombies!

  • @93tiny08 I cried at that part I was just so depressed from that

  • Jim, with endless love we left you sleeping. Now we are sleeping with you. Don't wake up.

  • I loath it when people say this is a zombie film. There are no zombies in the entire film. They are infected and are very much alive.

  • @93tiny08 its still the basic concept of a zombie film, stop complaining and deal with it, its an awsome zombie film :)

  • @93tiny08 You're an idiot.

  • @J7nate Idiot? How so?

  • Excellent track, someone know where i can downald it ?

Excellente musique, quelqu'un sait ou je peut la télécharger ?

  • Good xd

  • Not zombies. Nothing about them is zombie. In order of least important to most:

They aren't stupid (impulsive and wild, yes); don't need to eat brains.

They don't swarm; one is already dangerous.

They aren't undead; can be killed as easily as a human.

Most importantly: They don't carry any of the sociological metaphor of zombies: 'Idiots are weak alone, but dangerous in masses.'

What makes them zombies? Just the contagious bite and cannibalism? Is that all it takes to be a zombie?

  • @doubleKlutch So basicly you can have a cold and eat human and be called a zombie.

  • @doubleKlutch Pretty much. Stop moaning. I fucking hate people that think too much into films. See the film, enjoy the film and then move on with your life. Christ.

  • @doubleKlutch Dude, its a zombie movie. Get over it you fucking nerd and stop arguing about it. You can't reclassify these types of movies based on how they are infected. For fucks sake. So resident evil isn't a zombie movie? They are infected with the t-virus so its a t-virus movie?

  • @doubleKlutch Dude, its a zombie movie. Get over and stop arguing you fucking nerd. You can't reclassify movies based on how they're infected and act. And who said zombies are stupid and had to eat brains? They're are so many movies depicting zombies differently. Some slow, some can run, some have moderate intelligence, some are dumb.

  • @J7nate Nice double post. Get a bit excited there?

Too excited to read the part about me not talking about the movie? I never said anything about the movie, except that I love it. Yet you continue to rant about film?

I'm not a nerd. I'm a geek. Nerds are awkward and antisocial; they have communication issues and get bent out of shape when things don't go their way.

Hmmm, can I think of anybody here getting bent out of shape and ranting off topic?

  • @doubleKlutch besides the rude remarks, I think J7nate is right. Since zombies don't exist there is no evidence or proof of the exact traits a zombie has, you can't really differentiate zombies or an individual with a zombie-like disease. Like most monsters myths in human history, it is man-made so it is subject to speculation by man which may deal with changes along the way.

  • @burned92 I stand corrected :)

Personally, I think zombies were born as pop icons through Romero's 1968 NOTLD movie. And I think they were at their most powerful as a sociological metaphor about consumerism (70s).

But your right; that doesn't mean 'Zombie' is defined as 'always socially poignant'.

    I retract.

    Thanks for being polite.

PS: Google 'Haitian Voodoo Zombie' and check out real-life zombies. They seem to exist after all.

  • man, ist for sure the most tragic & intense score ever heard, a true masterpiece.Awesome.

  • So annoyed that I missed this clip because my TV screwed up

  • @burned92 lol

  • God u ppl are stupid! They're not zombies! Did you pay attention at all its about an epidemic and nearly all are infected

  • @TheTMVProject of course it's zombies just because they don't say it in the video dosen't mean that the blood puking, flesh ripping infected people are not zombies...

  • @TheTMVProject in other words they are zombies. they just want some sort of origionality. they still look act and walk and terrorize like a zombie. they just made a fresh note on how they came to be

  • @VirginOfRape yes they are in a zombie state but the virus fills them with rage and makes them just want to kill everyone opposed to eating ppls flesh like typical zombies. they explained it in the making of the movie

  • @TheTMVProject That's strange. I wonder why they waited for an actual human to show up before attacking. And I wonder why they attacked in groups occasionally. Did they just not feel the need to kill each other?

  • @XKing2 I remember seeing some video comic book or something like that, where this dude says they're attracted to the cologne, perfume, and soaps that people use.

  • Haha yesss!@XKing2

  • it's an amazing film and created the concept for a whole new wave of zombie films :)

  • Such awful luck for Frank, a tiny drop of blood landing DIRECTLY in his eye?! And he just happens to get infected literally a minute before soldiers arrive? Rotten luck. RIP Frank. :(

  • poor frank. he was literatly 1 min from being saved. though the military ends up bein diks

  • @jormaishere How would he have been saved?

  • @jormaishere military came in to picture like a minute late. if the wouldnt have, he wouldnt have got mad at ravenn ,got infected, etc.

  • @jormaishere but still he would have inevitably died attempting to escape with hannah jim and salina i think it would have been sadder for him to have to see that

  • chills.

  • This reminds me of when the sniper dies in 28 weeks

  • @dadcrusher yeah that bits sad but the saddest part was the woman being brutally beaten by robert carlyle lol

  • "...Stay away from me, stay where you are...

KEEP AWAY FROM ME, KEEP AWAY FROM ME!...KEEP AWAY, KEEP AWAY!"

  • hahaha what bad luck! Suxors for you!

  • Just as soon as the drop of blood hit his eye, I was seriously like "AWWW, CRAP! D:" out loud.

  • i know this scene was emotional but what made me laugh was that her dad got shot like a mothafucka, and after he hits the ground , his daughter is like dad? n she says it in a way that was like dad u okay?

  • @MexicanArab123 I know what you mean LOL. They should have edited that part out because it took away from the seriousness of the scene!

  • @ajm1984 ha yeah it did

  • dad.....dad?

    STEP AWAY FROM THE BODY!

  • it couldnt b better cause it was already perfect. This soundtrack is the most emotive of 28 days later OSTs, even compared to In The House In A Hearbeat because of the drama, the moment. Truly Joh Murphy's masterpiece. Mozart did good already, but lets be fair, Murphy deserves great things too.

  • Thy Father, Thy Son, and Thy holy Spirit, Havbe mercy on our souls when judgement day comes...Mary, Joseph..Forgive me for I have sinned...I am not worthy of being in your graces presence...-Amen. Dia duit ó Thuaisceart Éireann

  • JIM!! JIM HE'S INFECTED!!!

  • - Dad, are you all right?

    - Yeah, I'm fine, sweetheart. Sorry I lost my temper... Hannah... I love you very much.

    - What?

    - Keep away from me.

  • For some reason, this particular track brings me back to the horrors of the early 20th century, holocaust and such specifically.

  • this part is also in 28 Weeks later when don, the father kisses his wife after she was found, and becomes infected. this also leads to him killing her by digging his thumbs into her eye sockets. i felt so bad for her because she was tied down and could not move to defenf herself

  • Such a powerful piece of music... the violins just pull the emotions out of you it feels like

  • Awesome soundtrack!!!

  • So this is supposed to be from Mozart's Requiem in D Minor. I know that Requiem, but I don't know what part this is supposed to be from. I can't figure it out. Or was it just inspired by it somehow?

  • The reason everyone was crushed is because Frank was the leader, and father figure, to everyone in the group. He was the person everyone looked up to. He and his daughter's happiness together also gave the others a bit of hope.

  • Remember that quote from 1:20 on. You'd better love those you hold dear to you, and enjoy yourself while you can. 'Cause one day, none of it will be there.

  • When Frank died, all the other main characters were SO CRUSHED, their faces when they are driving to the mansion are just so empty. Poor Frank <3 R.I.P

  • isnt it the same track that appeared in 28 weeks later when Don kisses Alice who gives him the infection ?

  • i loved the transformation, when he turned evil i mean it was one of the most savage parts ive ever seen ina movie, and to make it even better this fucken sound track is just sweet

  • best movie, best story, best soundtrack ever!!

    i love it <3

  • I like this version better than the one in 28 weeks later. this one is softer and a bit more dramatic.

  • makes me sad and think but still, i love it

  • nice..... best requiem

  • Brilliant film ace sound track and one of the only films that got London shut down to film in

  • @spliffthedog

I thought they couldn't get London shut down, so they used CG to remove traffic and whatnot. Watch the making on DVD.

  • @sibermonkey

they did it at stupid oclock in the morning and then cgi in the daylight

  • @spliffthedog It's because they pretty much were able to shoot the scene in 1 take. They didn't fuck around or take forever

  • At 1:31 what instruments are being played here?

    That's where I started bawling. T.T

  • i'll guess off the top of my head, french horn. Maybe modified by computer.

  • That would be the cello and trumpet. I sense a bit of clarinet too.

  • Best movie ever !! Great Story line Great end !!! this movie is better than Silent HIll :O

  • I do like the fact that Frank did get the chance to say sorry to Hannah and say he loved her.

  • i actually felt sad at that part.

  • i wish and hope 2nd sequel will be as gd as this movie. (btw rumours on boyle returning for this film =) )

  • yeah and that it'll be released in 2012 and be centered in russia. but it's just rumors.

  • its changed to 2011 :)

  • best science fiction thriller drama ever created! Realistic and thrilling and also very emotional.

  • this song is sad

  • it's crushing. Especially because Frank was such a wonderful character. Probably the saddest moment in the entire film.

  • i know frank was a wonderful guy

  • But it DID make the movie that much better.

  • crushing was the perfect word for it.

  • Yeah.

The poster is great too: "Be grateful for everything you have for soon there will be nothing - your days are numbered"

  • @Reazzurro90 I know!!! he reminded me of my dad & it was just great dat scene. d smoke and jim, selena, & hanana in d background as d soldier moves toward franks body! powerful... simply powerful....

  • @Si1enceiKillU

Yeah. I'm glad because at least Frank was able to say goodbye to his daughter, tell her he loves her, etc, and mend the conflict. At least they could be separated in peace.

  • @Reazzurro90 Definitely the saddest moment in the entire film, and one of the saddest moments in cinematic history.

  • @Reazzurro90 I agree. Really sad. :(

  • @Reazzurro90 it broke my heart when he died
