@PAINmedia Dude, lay off. I mean, if you're going to bash someone's grammar, at least get your own right. "your mentally handicapped." His mentally handicapped what? "Write 2 seconds at a time without having to take a break from punctuation marks?" What does that even *mean*? It's perfectly normal to write brief sentences, and there's technically only one mistake: the first ellipsis should have a fourth period, as it terminates the sentence. The second is false, but a common mistake.
Tree branch fell across a couple of the phases, and since wood is not a good conductor the branch heats up and starts on fire. Once the fire reaches all the way across it causes the conditions to be right for the power to ionize the air and jump across. But I didn't see any "explosion". Thats my take on it.
This happened near my house the other day, but with a whole tree and really high power lines...there's no more tree there...just a bunch of splintered wood
Bits of tree rain down after it. Awesome!

When the flames reached across the whole limb it created an ionized path.
Ionized air has low resistance and conducted enough current to blow the fuse.
