pete isn't valuable enough to care about the difference. he's just the ne person who reaches out to peggy in this weird atmopshere and she responds without weighing how wrong it can go.

Yeah, I like how their relationship is portrayed. She is surprisingly into him, like a lot of women I know are sometimes attracted to chauvinists (until they realize it doesn't work out, hopefully), even if they are intelligent and independent minded. I don't want that to sounds sexist. (I am a woman.) I just think that sometimes what is sexually attractive to someone can be surprising.

And I'm sure Pete thinks he loves her in a way - but he's a self-centered baby man.

Love peggy. I find her one of the most interesting characters in Mad Men. I always look forward to her storyline. She has so much turmoil going on in her, but she doesn't say much. I also love seeing her transformation throughout the seasons so far.

I totally agree with you...full of turmoil indeed! I love this show..the only person I think is awful (please people don't get mad at me, it is only my opinion and we all have them...lol) is January Jones who plays Betty Draper---I think she is an awful actress..sorry to those who like her or understand her style--But Mad Men is so wonderful..I truly hope more people start watching : )

I agree. January Jones is probably the weak link in this otherwise flawless cast. I know Betty Draper is a perfectionist who doesn't allow her emotions get the better of her, but still, I wish Jones would have a little more expression.
