I would rather invest my tax dollars in research for illnesses which people are innocent victims, if you want to smoke or have sex in bathroom stalls, hey, it's free country but!....you are on your own.
a lot of people who catch sti's are innocent victems. Maybe lots of people who get aids or hiv are druggies or were just sleeping around, but hiv can take a long time to detect. you could have a bf/gf for a long time and if they happen to have this undetected virus could get it. and i think that would count as being a pretty innocent victem. unless you want to go your entire not having sex. then hey thats your choice. but lets be realistic here.
