  • if you wanted to work out, why not just ride? I mean I remember a few years back that I rode when I woke up, till the time I passed out, every day for an entire summer. and I lost like 50 pounds of fat from it, I don't get why you would spend thousands of dollars on equipment.

  • nice handle mod. how's it working out. tabata is intense on a rower

  • When you select interval training, does the machine adjust the tensions during the rest periods?

  • Entropy, sorry aboutthe music. It was what I could use for free from YouTube

  • The music is crap but the rowing is great

  • Hey man , first off love the vids. helps me alot considering i just started going to the gym about a month ago (never been before in my entire life). Anyway the concept 2 is a part of my daily workout lately ive been doing 300 meter sprints 10 pushups...10 second break...and ive been doing 5 sets. I was just wondering what resistance setting you use when you do these tabata stye intervals?

  • How Much do those machines cost?

  • The one in the video is the top of the line Model E and it is $1260.00 but the Model D which is still the same workout and just as rugged is $900.00

  • almencu, If you start with those 4 w/o's and then one steady state 10,000 meter row per week you will see great improvenents but each W/O you do you should be going as hard as you can. They are ment to do with intensity.

  • I think your W/O are excelent (i've found 4 so far). Do you suggest any specific frequency (days a week) or combination (different w/o aevery day or do the same one and change to another one after a specific period of time?).

  • Hey Smithwayne, I am not sure who is doing the song. It might be one of the free ones that YouTube lets you use.

  • love the tune who's it by

  • I love that you actually put a motorcross bar on it ;)

ps. in order to increase the amount of meters, up your pace to around 36-38 and for a much better stroke focus on first legs, then back, then arms
