Cheers man, the two other Irish lads ya see in the video work at it fairly hard and the Finnish lads are ridiculously well conditioned and pay a lot of attention to their technique. Nice to know it shows up in the video.
Nah, Cormac was in Lisses this time and Inari has never been, must have been Tomi with his old haircus, he looked kinda like Inari from a distance. Just T., Daza and myself on this trip.
I'm doin' mostly specific stretching and conditioning stuff at the moment to help me get over an injury, Daza and T. don't live anywhere near Celbridge, Cormac and another lad train early mornings and evenings 3 days a week around Celbridge and Cormac, Inari and BCB teach the class in Excel every friday.
i kno i go 2 de pk classes. im jus wonderin if theres more outdoor groups round celbridge. u say cormac trains in de mornins nd evenins, tanx i,ll check tat out. vid 5/5
