The pole in the video is a 38mm pole NOT a 50mm / 2" so it will 'sway' a little. The mats will be sold with the pole and are designed to cover the frame and add protection when learing new moves. The mats shown are just temporary. The mat sold will be round
anyhow, looks like a great pole.. i cant figure it out from the pics on the site, but is it mounted on the blue base?? whats the base made of?? is it flexible or rigid? anyhow, great vid. i love the pics of jenyne in the water on it.. thats just awesome..!
the base is portable yet rigid and strong in design. the mat, not shown in this video will be specifically designed to fit on top of the base. The pole in this video is still prototype
The pole is extremely stable (will not tip or fall over!!) however the sway is inevitable as no top fixing and is necessary for the forces enforced on the componants. Comments so far.. 'it feels as stable as a fixed pole' but seeing is believing even we are amazed!! :)
Not available just yet - this is still the prototype as we wanted the strongest pole performers to try and destroy the pole before we send it to market. They couldnt tip it!! It passed the extreme testing process phase 2!! sooo exciting as it far surpassed our expectations.
yeah that is so cool but do you need to lug giant mats around to, or can it stand alone? cool in the water, what a showstopper that would be taking that to the beach.
i am going to go crazy if you dont hurry and put this pole up for sale! im tired of dragging my heavy stage pole around Atlanta!! The pole jam looked so fun and who is that in the water! I would bust my but water poling lol! Great vid!
i just read on the site, i think you need the mats as the base, i assume they come with the purchase? idk how much it costs from the site, does anyone know? its still better then losing height with a big stage ya know? interesting, i wish i didnt have nosey neighbors, lol

38mm?? I use a 50mm, would a 38 not be really hard to get used to, it'd be so thin?!

Looks unstable. I've got a platinum stage, and it doesn't sway nearly as much as this one.

This is a 38mm pole not the standard 2" / 50mm you get with the Platinum Stage

Hm... my vacation to Ft. Walton Beach (Fl) is in July... maybe I can get one (hehehehe). That sure would shock my in-laws. ;-)

yeah that is soo cool!!! does anyone know how much they cost??
TrinaS08 2 years ago
The 'cost' brief is to make this pole affordable to all! We hopefully will know very soon as we are doing a cost reduction exercise right now.

This pole is still the prototype - so the mats are not how it will eventually look. We are still developing the integral mats.

yeah that is!
