I think the "choreographer" watched the movie a few too many times. I hate it when people do this. I actually get why the soundtrack is used though because - if my translation is correct - it was performed in Mexico and the dancers may or may not have been able to speak English. It's still a powerful song to dance to, but dance is universal. It can be changed even when being performed in a different language.

Oh and by the way, you forgot to make Hunyak's costume white to show her innocence.

and it sux that this was from broadway.... i expected more of the coreo and the dancers...some were a lil off....

@tikiiz12 What are you talking about? This is obviously not broadway. Besides you can't compare theatre to film. Film is so much easier. They just keep doing it piece by piece till its absolutely perfect, while theatre is done live, all together. In the movie they learned dances one at a time and in parts. That takes no skill compared to stage actors, who do it all and get it right the first time.

@Nf9456 este montaje fue hecho para un equipo de animación y deportes de un hotel, donde no son bailarines profesionales.conozco la diferencia de broadway musicals y movie musicals, solo que para poder bailar fosse style, cantar y actuar en vivo no es nada fácil y mucho menos con gente que no esta preparada. gracias por ver el video.

@jus0111 Name me one musical number where performers are dancing that vigorously for that long without pausing to catch their breath and still singing. It usually doesn't work that way. I'm in theatre--performers can dance and sing simultaneously, yes, but the dancing isn't as intense to conserve their breath.

@Shelballs17 as a theatre performer you should know that it is possible to dance and sing and with more passion and intensity than this video.......yes i agree with you that breath control is important but thats called training .......name a show .....ok ........Chicago, Sydney 2009/2010 same number .....all live vocals and the dancing was just as intense.

lamento la gente que no aprecie esto! es impresionante la puesta en escena! obviamente es playback, es totalmente innecesario comentar eso, obvio que la calidad el video es mala, el sonido no se escucha bien, pero esas cosas no dependen de la produccion, pero la verdad que es la mejor puesta que he visto, y una cosa a tener en cuenta, porque hay gente que dice la mejor despues de la pelicula, es muy diferente hacer una puesta para cine que para teatro. asi que no se con cual me quedo.
