  • @19ClairCognizance87 O.K. Here we go again with the genetics card. Yes, our genetics has a lot to do with how we look. Our hair, eye and skin color are a by product of our genetics. But our over all health has nothing to do with genetics. It is our lifestyle and our habits that create good or poor health. Very few health problems are the result of our genetics. It's our habits that create heart disease, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis and so on and so on.

  • @spruntfemalespray in his latest shit, you can see his Face like tighening over his skull, looking aneroxicish, with a constant Joker like smile on his dome, and all twicthy. I tried to tell him in his videos and he blocked me. I dont have a problem with him fucking him self up. But when hes teaching other people lies, and people buy it, thats dangerous and the idiot needs to be stopped.

  • Exxxodus. Red meat had been mans staple for thousands if years , with very small amounts of plant foods. Your making shit up. Cholestrol builds EVERY hormone in the body, and is the building block for every cell membrane in the body..,, duuuuurr

  • Dangerous , Marcus Patrick built his body with protien powders and all that ....THAN switched over , you can run on reseerves in your body for awhile, but if you see him Noe he's starting to go catabolic , and his nervous system is slowly breaking down.

  • @spruntfemalespray The only thing I have been schooled in is your lack of knowledge about diet and nutrition. Anyone who thinks that fruits and vegetables weren't around since the beginning of time, that man made apples and oranges and spinach etc then you are as dumb as day old grits. So why don't you just take your ignorant, misinformed behind get some knowledge of nutrition and eat more fruits and veggies. Maybe it will dissolve that cholesterol on your brain

  • @spruntfemalespray Once again you are making absolutely no sense. I don't think you even understand your own stupid comments. And it was more than one misspelled word; in fact it was several. So when you go back to the first grade and learn how to spell correctly then maybe someone will take what you say seriously. Until then get that dictionary and look up the words you don't know how to spell properly. OK

  • @spruntfemalespray Get a dictionary!!! Because you have the IQ of butterbeans.

  • @spruntfemalespray Dude, will you please just let it go and stop commenting on this issue? Because trying to read your posts is like trying to read sentences written by a kindergartner. So just eat whatever you like and I'll eat what I like. And who said anything about cleaning an asshole out. What are you talking about!? Your comments are stupid. You have the spelling ability of a two year old. and the brains of a gnat. So just shut up why don't ya! And I'm still serious about the dictionary!

  • @spruntfemalespray And I'm serious about that dictionary. Because good lord!!! For someone who claims to be so knowledgeable concerning man's diet, you sure need a lesson in spelling. Geesh!! And just so you'll know I don't eat soy at all. Soy is a genetically engineered food and I don't eat anything man made or anything that comes from an animal.

  • @spruntfemalespray I am calm. You are the one who claims to know what man ate since the beginning of time. You can say what you want but I'm sure trees and plants were around long before we were. And being raw is not a religion it's a lifestyle and philosophy. And one of the side effects of eating meat and other garbage is high blood pressure, arthritis, heart disease, cancer, obesity, high cholesterol and God knows what else. So keep eating your eggs if you want to but don't force them on me.

  • @spruntfemalespray You are not making any sense what so ever. And the fact that you can't even spell broccoli or several other words tells me you have no clue as to what you are talking about. Man was eating fruits and veggies long before he was eating steak and eggs, burgers and fries. So eat whatever you want to eat, dude. But don't try to discourage someone else from following the raw diet. Because it's the best way to eat to lose weight and avoid disease. And get a dictionary please!

  • @spruntfemalespray Dude if that works for you then do what you will. But if I were you I'd be concerned about my cholesterol level. I for one have eliminated all animal products and processed foods from my diet and I feel like a billion bucks. I am strong, healthy and have more energy than I know what to do with. And I do workout with weights The bottom line is this, when it comes to nutritional value fruits and vegetables are far superior than anything that comes from an animal.

  • @spruntfemalespray If the only thing you ate is carrots then of course you're not getting all the nourishment you need. That's only common sense. And you are still talking about proteins when it the amino acids in plants that creates protein in the body. And no you are dead wrong about all raw guys being weak and sick. It's not true. And I'd guarantee the ones that do look sick are not eating right. All of the muscle building nutrients we need can be found in green leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds

  • don't hate.....

  • @spruntfemalespray And if you did not gain strength or muscle eating this way either you were doing it wrong and not getting enough calories or enough exercise. Muscle is built from amino acids not protein. And guess what? All amino acids are found in plants. People who eat dead cows, pigs and chickens etc. are getting their amino acids from the middle man. Vegans get theirs straight from the source which are green plants, fruits nuts and seeds.

  • @spruntfemalespray Well, will you mind explaining to me how the most powerful creatures on earth: cows, elephants, horses, buffalo etc. get their amazing strength by eating grass, leaves and vegetation? I have yet to see any of these animals eating meat for strength. So you are the one who's misinformed. You have been misled by the propaganda that meat is required for strength. It's a bold faced lie that's been perpetuated by the meat industry. And there is tons of info on how toxic meat is.

  • @spruntfemalespray When you have spent years building your body off of toxic meat, animal products, and processed your body becomes accustomed to those things. When you start the raw vegan diet your body begins to purge all those years of toxic cells and replace them. He may lose some weight and become skinny. But when his body adjusts he will begin to gain healthy muscle again. His body is doing exactly what it's suppose to do. It doesn't mean the raw diet is a bad thing.

  • We're now on the right stuff? People knew about natural foods thousands of years ago - that's why they lived for hundreds of years. Its' how they listen is what is important. But I'm glad too they actually seem healthy than some vegans I've seen. Maybe because it's their whole life whereas some other vegans, go to school and work in a different field.

  • something tells me this is just a promo, but they seem pretty passionate about these minerals. i dno what to think lol

  • Pasta is bad!!!! I did not know that. I love pasta. Damn.

  • @andante24 Well, if you are going to eat pasta then at least the whole wheat variety.

  • david wolfe is a incredible nice person and i know that he is a ruthless salesperson, BUT i cant believe it even although i know for sure. Go to dr douglas graham and i am 100% sure that after watching all his videos you will wake up and go beyond just raw. Raw is not enough u need to eat the right raw items in the right relation. 70% Of your calories in fat is what you re doing when you re an average raw fooder. If u like diseases keep going.

  • Life is too short to be judging.

  • Wow...you're just a hater because he's the sexymodelboy and um...you're not.

  • nor do you.

  • maple leafes, 5% protein. 2 pounds of maple leafs 50g of protein

  • 6. 29 I tell u that was world class speed. only the elite fighters can snap like that.

  • These two guys are so hot! It';s great to see. I met David in person and he looks so vibrant and full of life! I'm now a raw vegan too! Soon I'll be as hot as them! Well in a girly way lol

  • i love the ending lmfao !!!!!!!

  • i went from no training, no power to running up a 1200 feet mountain in less than 3 weeks training. Thats raw food.

  • It is really nice to see someone like Patrick who is following the raw vegan diet and actually look healthy with lean muscle. It really bothered me to see a lot of raw vegans who looked haggard and emaciated. Because that's not the image a raw vegan should have. If you're eating the most healthy diet on the planet you should look just like Patrick with great muscle tone, clear skin, and boundless energy. This is what a true raw vegan should look like. This is what inspires me.

  • I hear ya - yeah that was coool :)

    Peace Love Posiivity

  • I don't think he's raw... but he's vegan for sure.

  • @exxodus29 i agree 1000%

  • @exxodus29 he looked like that before anyway.

  • @dumbnetworks Yes, Marcus Patrick has always been fit and in great shape. The point I was trying to make is that he is able to keep and maintain his level of fitness by following the raw vegan lifestyle. That's the point I was trying to stress. He looks healthy and strong.

  • is that his real accent?

  • Great video.

  • 2:43, INSANE

  • great advice. i have been tyrna look for new things my clients and i can use when im training.kep up the good work.
