She's got a great voice but dang she is such a jerk sometimes. Like at 7:14- dang how hard would that have been to turn around while you sign something? I used to be a huge fan but I just cant get over her being such a jerk at cma fest 3 years ago. Everything I see her in just makes her so fake.

Wow I love her even more after watching this. I have met some famous people and most of them hardly talk to the fans, they just sign the autographs and leave, but she proper interacts and talks with the fans. She's lovely. :)
