You are dumb. Guantanamo is for non-citizen international terrorists. I believe he clearly stated where you draw the line in the video. A white man calling a black man a racial slur while attacking him is not a hate crime in itself (although it is fucked up). When the purpose of the crime is a premeditated action to instill fear among people affiliated with a certain group then it is domestic terrorism.
