everyone freaking knows that if you need quiet, the school library is the LAST place to go during finals, even at any university. it certainly doesn't help that the CSU system is as packed as it is either. if you want quiet, go to the public library, or study at home. otherwise make due with what you can get at campus library and don't complain.
