this is probably the most effective of all the self hypnosis vids ive seen on here. although i didnt actually go into a trance (i think maybe i was subconciously trying to remain alert through fear?), it induced a strange relaxed state, to the point where the pink dots disappeared completely, as did my surroundings, and my breathing became rythmic with each full circle the green dot made. wierd, but calming if u allow it to be.
