I really don´t know why a lot of guys saying, that Excella is so hot. For me, she looks like a drag-queen. Pretty face but the rest is just so...unnatural. Nina Fehren is a really beautiful girl. I wish they had made Excella more like her. Natural.

It´s my opinion. And Wesker ist not primitive. Wesker has hin own ideals, his own view of the world. To say this is primitive or the dark side, is too one-sidedly. Its a question of intepretation. For Wesker, Chris is bad, for Chris, Wesker is bad.

I think Nina Fehren did an awesome job as Excella! She's become one of my new favorite game villains, and if Excella were to ever return in a prequel or something I think Nina should be the one to do her voice again. :)

@5B0YAKASHA5 Of course he is primative and greedy, there is nothing more primal for the human race than the sheer domination of everything around us. Its why we are at the top of the food chain and everything else is in a cage for our entertainment or our sustanence.

His greed is in relation to his power, he has gone from strength to strength, constantly advancing through stages of power. He became the leader of STARS, then betrayed them for Umbrella and then became a monster for more of it.

The desire to have controll is a typical human trait. We do not want to be on natures mercy, we want to control our lives(ways of doing so may vary). Even if you'd consider Weskers desires to have a primal source, his cunningness is astonishing.

Also, the desire for control is not a human trait... alphas exist among plenty of species and other males among that group want to be alphas. The scope of control only increases with humans because we are self-aware and have a much more complex understanding of the world around us than say... a dog.

There's a lot of polemic with him having replaced fan-favorite Richard Waugh in the role (and not for the better), so that's probably the reason he wasn't showed up. I think it's fine this way.

Still he is the man who played Wesker in the end. I would have loved to hear what he thought of Wesker. Since the Mo Cap guy really didn't do anything or knew anything about Wesker. Plus they could always bring Richard in to put his two cents in. Im sure fans would adore that. I think DC has an amazing voice and did do a good job though. But Wesker was waaay out of character which was the Cap actors fault it seems He admited in an interview that he made Wesker less calm and ccom didnt like it

He did a decent job in Resident Evil 5, but a horrible one in The Umbrella Chronicles, honestly. I don't know what Capcom was thinking in the perfomance direction of that game. They screwed up the character completely, having so much script involvement (a lot more than every other game). I guess they luckily took notice and that's why Douglas voice sounds so different in RE5, and better. Still, he is no match for Richard Waugh, overall. This one has always been perfect in his Wesker perfomances.
