Getting the changing room actually let's you play as the damsel, which would have been really cool to see in the let's play but oh well.

Actually, the very top one is get $200,000

The upper middle is to beat the game in under 10 minutes

The lower middle is to kill 120 enemies in one game

The changing room is to save 8 damsels in one game

The changing room lets you play as the damsel, and you save spelunkers, otherwise the game is exactly the same

Useless fact about ropes: Throwing one up will damage (or kill) anything that it hits on the way up.

Anyway, I'm surprised you didn't kill the shopkeeper by activating the boulder trap. I totally would've done that. The best part is how the boulder breaks through the wall, he immediately aggros and calls you a vandal, then gets crushed.
