  • I can think of worse places to be though than LA...having said thatt he sun is out over Richmond Hill at present..though mingled with showers...but the light is beautiful.....those months will pass quickly...

  • I live there :) but right now my ***** parents forced me to live in LA for 6 months. One has passed and I miss home more than I have ever done beafore. I have a bottle of water from the themes, a plasic bag with grass from richmond park and some stones from the street. (call me a GEEK) I love the planes that fly over our heads all the time there, and my brothers little call A PLOME! A PLOME! evry time they do. LOVE YOU RICHMOND!

  • Takes me back to 1995 when I left the US and was fortunate to have lived in Richmond. I had a flat just off Richmond Park near Queen's Road. A coworker and his wife (also Americans) lived at Friar's Stile Road and Richmond Hill, and had the views seen here. Another coworker lived just down the hill towards Petersham Road. What a blast we had adjusting to life in the UK. Richmond will always be a special place to me. On a return assignment in 2006, I got as close as I could: Kew!

  • @lph10012003 the flat i shot this from is part of a building that i heard today that the chef jamie Oliver has just bought up!

I have produced a book of Richmond Photos RICHMOND PHOTOGRAPHS, by TONY ARNOLD'

Pity that google have slapped other advertson my film !

yes, Richmond is very beautiful-the best suburb of London....

  • I lived 5 years in Richmond in late 80's through early 90's. It's my best momory of my life. Almost nothing semms to have changed since. Ireally want to live there again.

  • What an amazing place, hope to buy a place up there someday.

  • One of my favourite places. I drive about 100 miles each summer to visit Kew Gardens, Richmond Park and walk to the Hill. I look for Mr.Townshend, my boyhood "man", but alas haven't spotted him yet. My wife and I spent my 50th birthday in the hotel opposite.
