I got a stick 2 weeks ago and it's pretty tight. It really is a great workout, I was super sore the next day after I first got it. Pushing with the feet gets old sometimes and you can keep your speed up with the stick. All my friends love it too. You can use it to brake, and balance. I was a little unsure before I got one, but it is alot of fun and it does work.

@serge421UA ever seen surfboards that are like super long and huge? those are called longboards too, while surfing on a longboard surfboard a paddle is used to move forward like kayaking.. and since longboarding is a stimulation of surfing this big kahuna stick is the stimulation of longboard surfing with a paddle
