One simple trick on the second final boss, DON'T SHOOT AT IT. Let time run out, and you will win easily. It only attacks you if you shoot at it.

ok now i get it the game mostly has it to where u cannnot kill thye final boss without killing the final boss

I found all three Endings

Ending 1: Kill the 1st last boss

Ending 2: Don't kill the 1st last boss (until time runs out) and kill the 2nd last boss

Ending 3: Don't kill both the 1st last boss and the 2nd last boss (both until time runs out)

so basically you have to time out both of the first last boss and the second last boss to get the 3rd ending.

In the third ending, GaiaSeed Project is complete and all life on earth is improved and restored.
