What do you mean? What did Miyazaki do wrong in this? I think he handled it quite well. Also, how would you know how to pass the 8 dan test? Very few know at all what's necessary to pass, hence the approximately 1% pass rate.

I know that., but these two bouts are really far from what I would expect from miyazaki sesnei, let alone a hachidan qualifier :P

昔よりは合格率が上がった？どこにそんな証拠がある。八段審査は大学入試とは違うのだよ。

現代剣道は審査用、試合用の二本立ての傾向がありますね。
経験者が見ればだれもが思うのではないでしょうか。

あのディフェンスマスターの宮崎さんでもあんなバックリ打たれることがあるんだね・・・。
でも八段審査でも基本的には一貫不変、全身武器の宮崎スタイルだった、と思う。
これから苦労するのか。やはり躍進なのか。全日本選手権史上最大の革命児の今後、目、離せず。
