  • cowgirlcrush.. are you serious?.. lmao

  • nice vid!

  • fuck slideshows wheres a video

  • como se llama la cansion

  • Heres my take on weight pulling, Think of the eskimos, and people in alaska. You have heard of sled dogs right well thats weight pulling and not ONE person has a problem with that. The only difference with this is instead of multiple dogs pulling the same thing, they are testing the pull strength of one dog. They wouldn't do something that would kill their dog. people seriously need to relax.

  • great video and compilation,

but you gotta change the music.....put some KRS or something...

  • A lot of the "haters" on here really dont seem to understand that no matter how "domesticated" canines have become....they still have an innate desire to work...and feel useful. A dog that sits idle all day with little stimulation can develop behavioral problems, aggressiveness ,etc.

example are malamutes and huskies, samoyed........they love to pull things, because its part of their instinct

  • man i want one of those dogs now fuckkkkk

  • Wow....:)) Cool>>:))

  • how much weight are they pulling? ive got a cane corso and id be interested in teaching him to pull.

  • @vermexican with the bigger breeds pulling isn't always good

  • This is not a video. It's a slideshow with awful background music :(

  • My chihuahua can pull 30 lbs on his own but he's gay.

  • @DJBOOTYCOLLINS most dogs are stronger than we think, my ten pound schnauzer can pull me on my scooter

  • Pitbulls like to be engaged by you negative or positive, they want to please the owner. I f you spend time with them they are happy.

  • song? :)

  • watch this video: Best Pit Bull championship! Best dog in world!

  • lol my malamute can outpull your pitifull dawgs

  • I have been to only one of these shows and I saw nothing wrong with it. Dogs in general love to have a job, especially high energy breeds. They dogs always are excited before and after they pull. I have a Dalmatian and knowing that they need the excercise to be both physically and mentally healthy he works with my horses and is a natural at being around strollers. ok now I am rambling...this is almost the same as what working huskies do.

  • @rhys10055

Go watch a weight pulling competition and then say that. You can just see these dogs oozing pride and spirit. Doggie grins everywhere. They don't pull for any other reason than that they want to please their owner. It's awesome. And as for the health issues, properly trained dogs with good form and properly fitted harnesses are exercising just like a human weight lifter, reaping the benefits of stronger joints, stronger heart and lungs, and more energy.

  • people who think this is cruel. well when you tie your dog up out side and its ball goes out of reach it will try anything to get to it (pulling) the dog will try and get there. so whats the diference? like this keeps the owners dog healthy and strong. its good to have a big strong healthy love able dog instead of a big fat hyper as hell dog right? think of it for the dogs sake. its doing them well!

  • where do u buy those pulling vest?

  • they should put down carpet or rubber or somthing so they have some grip!

  • @sycopath417

Ps. they have different tracts. they dont always pull on the same surface.

  • @sycopath417

Ps. they have different tracts. they dont always pull on the same surface.

  • @30stmchick oh ok cool

  • Awesome Dogs!

  • ...why do people always use pitbulls for their own personal gain... im so sick of how many pitbulls shelters try to take care of due to people ruining their sweet friendly rep with dog fighting...

  • @Doodles478 this aint dog fighting....u dipshit

  • @Doodles478 I highly doubt any of these dogs will end up in a a shelter. They are getting regular socialization with dogs and people. They also have a real relationship with their owners, something the average dog never has.

  • how many pounds are they pulling and damn those dogs are ugly lol

  • My sister has a swiss mountain / pit bull cross, that cat was made to pull, he could crush all these fools.

  • @themandude20 0h ya sure

  • how much they pull

  • @qikies people also like to do fighting like ufc, boxing, wrestling but its wrong to make a dog do the same thing because they dnt have a choice in the matter just like now dumb ass

  • There are definately other breeds that pull more. But pound for pound these dogs strength is unmatched by any. The complete package, smart, fast strong, tenacious as hell, stubborn and loyal. What more could you really ask for. Imagine seeing a 50-60 pound dog pulling 6000-7000 lbs? Amazing.

  • people hav problems with dogs weight pullin.

when humans ,see who can pull a truck the fastest in the worlds strogest man comp.

    dogs love pulling.

  • Looked like a great competition, but was it limited to just pitbulls or a weight/height class? Other breeds known for there pulling abilities may be better suited to this competition than pits but since these were only still photos, I could be wrong

  • no alot ob breeds pull good u find pits that pull better than , ancient pullers and so on and so forth no best breed just bestest dog:D

  • nah, my GSD and Husky pull weights in their sled

My husky pulls about 50 lbs

    GSD about 100 lbs

  • no you are wrong huskies ,malamutes dosnt matter ,,, the pits out pull them , period

  • @lesterclaypool1 thats because huskies are made for speed and endurance, not weightlifting. send a sprinter into a weightlifting class and of course the pros would out perform him. what i wonder is how dogs like burmese mountain dogs and newfoundlands would do against pitbulls. they where bred to pull the heavy loads.

  • @DaisyDutches thats appearent ,, but i believe that pound for pound the pit out pulls every thing ,,, look up rebel here on yt he pulls 118 time his own wieght pulling 6613 pounds he wieghts 56 pounds ,,, no bad

  • @DaisyDutches they lose look it up ,,, actually look up world record weight pulls ,,, you might start to get the idea ,,, nothing pound for pound out pull bull dogs

  • @lesterclaypool1 not bernese mountain dogs or swiss mountain dogs they dont

  • @lesterclaypool1 pitbulls aren't made to do it day in and day out in minus 40 to 100 below zero. Pitbull would would turn into solid ice cube.

  • @DinkiDidog what ? are you kidding ? most weight pulls are in doors and i have never seen it ever minus 100 ,,, you dont know what your talking about and who in their right mind would pull a dog day in and day out ? ,,,, ok how come they are out pulling every thing ? dont like it dont care

  • @lesterclaypool1 Malamutes, pure breds have their own positive contribution to human history. Pitbulls are recent human made mixes, no history, except what we hear from the their violent owners. The origin of weight-pulling is related to sled dogs. Look it up if you don't believe me.

  • @DinkiDidog well every body look here we have ignorance at its finest the pit bull predates north america ,,, and their mastiff beginings are found in england,,as well 50 A.D. claudius the roman emperor defeated caractus chief of the brits ,,, look it up start with 1066 england [bullenbeissers],,, so what were you saying ? you dont know what your talking about !

  • @lesterclaypool1 those were bulldogs... sorry, my friend try again!

  • @DinkiDidog the bulldog your thinking of came after theses these are the origanals ,,, look it up ! the english bull dog came after the pit they are a mixxed of pug and bull dog ,,, i really dont care if you like the truth or not it remains ,,, now go look it up ,,, you see the pug was a chinesse dog brought over and hailed as the altimate fighting dog ,, well it was nt so it was inter bread with pits [ the original bull dog ] go look it up pit bull came form mastiffs

  • @DinkiDidog well ? did you look it up ? come smart gut tell us what you found just what i told you right ? because it the truth and your to stupid to know ,,, you are fucken dumb

  • @DinkiDidog ya and thats not the english bull is it ? no its not dont like the truth ? dont care ,,,, now go educate your self see what is the original bulldog , not the english bulldog but the real deal ! your just all sad because a dog weighting half of your malamute can out pull it and out pull it big time , to the point where it sets record that no malamute has ever being close to ,,, they just cant do it

  • @DinkiDidog i can give you date that confirm what im saying or you can google the history of bull dogs then google the history english bull dogs ,, the pits are refined mastiffs and the english are mixxed bulldogs with pugs thats the facts !

  • @lesterclaypool1 Don't pull out the sled unless you have a dog to pull it....

  • @DinkiDidog ya oook just google world record weight pull ,,,, your a moron

  • @DinkiDidog thats nice but did you look up what a english bulldog is made from ? ,,, well ? ,,,,,, so whats the original bull ? what predates the ' english bull dog ' ?

  • @lesterclaypool1 just thought you'd like to know that we're not talking about American Satffordshires, were talking about American Pit Bull Terriers, & their origins are different than mastiffs; they happen to be a mix of bull dogs & terriers. The "Pit Bull" breed was originally bred for exactly that, bull fighting, not fighting each other. They are high energy dogs who love to please, so if you have a problem with the activity that the dog likes, which no one makes them do; talk to the dog.

  • @30stmchick thank but they were first bread for bull baiting ,,,, that is the facts ,, we all know this and like it or not the stock of these dog was the mastif and as i have already stated the english bull is a mix of the pug and the original bulldog ,,, and guess what they still out pull every thing they go against ,, how about you waste some one elses time with this ,,, ok ?

  • @lesterclaypool1 no, they were created for dog fighting.

  • @lesterclaypool1 APBTs were created for dog fighting. Their ANCESTORS, bulldogs (bolddogges) were used for bull baiting. (No relation at all to the fat worthless "English Bulldogs" of today.)

  • @apbtdobe It' amazing but my staffy is a great ranch dog! He does the job his ancestors were bred to do, watch my back. He even does some herding. Don't get me wrong, he's highly territorial and I'd never leave him unsupervised with another dog. But a good dog!

  • @KnightHawke01 pits were not bred to fight...they were originally herding dogs that controlled stock before it was slaughtered, and had to control unruly livestock. butchers used to do the job alone without any help, except for a good dog or two. many pits show the same herding "shouldering" and nipping and i've seen several work cattle and sheep. bull baiting came around when they decided to see whose dogs were the best at what they did.

  • @DinkiDidog oh buy the way the world record for the last 2 years has been held by a pit and the pull was made in the snow ,,, dont like the truth ? dont care it remains !your just to stupid to know it moron

  • @lesterclaypool1 I was asking for a historical fact not an emotionallly charged response. This is often the problem with violent minded people. Try again.

  • @DinkiDidog i gave you the HISTORICAL facts i cant help it if your to stupid to know or lazy to look it up ,, and if this is violence you have emotional problems ,,, its just the facts dont like then ,,,, dont care the truth remains ,,, so did you look the world record ? do it see what dog can pull the most ,, do it

  • 2.13 is an absolute beast!!!!!!!!!

  • i love my amstaff put pits are great also :D

  • people who are against pulling just dont have a clue. if people can be competitive why cant pets? pitbulls in general just love to do high energy activities an when you do not let them get that energy then bad things start to happen.

  • @qikies where do u buy those pulling vest?

  • @qikies you have no clue , pittbull are not made to pull weight like a Husky or a Malamute , yes they will enjoy it , but at 6 yr old your dog will have articulation problems and thats just the start... its like asking a kid to do Weight pull up , they'll never be taller than 5'1 feet ... no clue heh?

  • @truitons You're an idoit too! I had a pit who pulled from the end of her growing stage (approx. 2.5-4 years of age FYI) and she grew just fine. Ended up being a pretty big girl I might add at 65 Lbs. because yes for all the other people that think they're supposed to weigh 150lbs you're wrong to. 45 lbs is the typical "target/ideal" weight. She was capable of pulling multiple times her own weight too, so with the right training, yes they are perfect for pulling.

  • @qikies

PEOPLE HAVE FREE WILL AND ANIMALS

ARE FORCED TO DO IT NO MATTER HOW

MUCH THEY APPEAR TO LIKE IT.

    YOU FUCKING MORON!

  • @vellotrol If a dog doesnt want to pull, they wont pull. Imagine if you were in the dogs position, you cant physically be forced to move forward unless your trainer has like, psychic powers to make your legs move, and its the same way with dogs.

  • @PenguinPownage

Sorry buddy your argument is weak you clearly

don't know what you are talking about, but anyway

you are entitled to have your opinion about it.

  • @vellotrol Please explain why you think I am wrong? I'd honestly love to hear. :)

  • @PenguinPownage I don't think you are wrong I'M POSTIVE about it. Why do I have to explain something to you if you didn't understad my first comment anyway? WE HAVE FRE WILL ANIMALS ARE FORCED. Don't tell me if an animal doesn't want to do something he won't , cause he will for many reasons usually fear of being beaten or starvation. Do a little research first before you post a comment to a subject you don't know nothing about it.
  • @vellotrol do u aprove hunting training for hunting dogs,or training labradors to rescue drowning ppl from water,or bernardin dog to rescue ppl from snow avelanche,or sled dogs pulling sleds,or dogs helping blind ppl, they are not doing all those things by free will they are forced to do those things and they are doing them out of fear of being beat down or starved by its owner,as mather of fact do u aprove any sort of training or activity for dogs couse they are not doing that by free will?

  • @obrad79

    My answer is NO.

I don't approve any of those activities

don't even approve horse back riding

    brother.

  • @vellotrol well i dont understand but again it is my opinion, but i realy dont understand that, why would u bee against useful activites why u think that dog dont enjoy in helping his blind owner cross street, much of those activites animals enjoy alsow it iisnt like everything they do torture for them

  • @qikies

Are you a dog psychiatrist or

    you are a dog yourself?

  • Why else would he pull? Hes not getting hurt or so that he have 2 go forward and pull it.

It's just like saying "sit" to a dog, instead sit u say pull or what else, if the dog dont wants to do it he'd just stay there not doing anything.

Pitbulls is a breed who have much energy, and wants to waste that, and this is perfect for them. If it weren't it wouldnt be an official sport..

  • ey i have a ? for all of u who say pitbull fighting r not right ( im not into dog fighting so yeah ) isnt weight pulling Torture?

  • no its not torture because when a good person and dog lover trains their dog for pulling they do it as a game and excercise so it is fun for the dog. it is not a task . the dogs are not forced this is something they get rewarded for and praised n do willingly there are bad ppl who do this by tapping into their prey drive which causes frustration to the dog but thats not what we want for the animals it is simply the accomplishment for the dog

  • o thats kool thanks for ur comment

  • No, It's a joy for the dog's.

They like to pull, to waste their energy.

  • hey was i just me or at 33 seconds that dog looks identicle to a great dane?

  • Dogs are supposed to work. Look at what happens to people when they don't have jobs to do. Same thing happens with dogs. My Pit loves to pull my son and myself around in a cart, thats his JOB and he loves it!

  • wow it's sad that you can not see how great a sport like this is. i can only wonder what you feel about other sports like schutzhund. yes it IS a sport, the harnesses are expensive and make sure it's safe for the dogs to be pulling those weights. It is sanctioned by many respectable kennel clubs such as the adba and the ukc who hold some of these competitions themselves. If you look at those dogs ad see sadness then you know very little about dog body language.

  • The animals feel a sense of accomplishment when they perform.

It's the same as any person lifting weights and feeling a sense of accomplishment from performing a new personal best.

  • what s the name this song?

  • look at that grit and determination. that is a beautiful thing.

  • is there any game blood in the bullie breeds

  • APBTs are pure game dogs. Are you speaking of the American Bully? If so, not generally. It's definately the rare exception.

  • thanks now can you help me on whats the diffrence between am bully and am pit bull

  • am staff and pit bull 2 different breeds and the bully is a cross of english bulldog at least most of them game dogs are not looks but heart had size has nothing to do with it in fact to big of a head can hurt the dog

  • bullies is cross with Am Staffs and Pitbulls not a Eng. Bulldog

  • shit some of them have NEO MASTIFF in them anybody can put anything on papers that dos not mean shit when it comes to game dogs they are only as good as the last 3 generations these bully breeders do not have to test their off spring only thing they go after is looks and moneyi have challege all the breeders to try and prove with a dna test none of them want to just look at past pit champs and what the bullys look like then you try and tell me they don't have other breeds

  • you are so right thats what I been trying to teach these dumb azz people

  • How's all the different colour harness's

you can buy. This is something l would

like to go and watch one day.

l would rather see this, then Pits

    Fighting. Good Video and Song.

  • what s the name this song?

  • Go getter

  • pits can average mor weight pulling than bulldogs

  • It's nice to have a nice strong pit or american bull, as long as they're not training to be fightin' dogs. Cause that's just fucked up.

  • voll der assi sport

  • if pittbulls were the same size as those large a.bulldogs i bet they would still pull more.

  • kool video. i have a pitbull 2 but she couldnt pull weights x3 shes to cute to be pulling weights but she is very ruff o.o

  • half those dont even look like pit bulls hello they american bulldogs i know i have 3 of them and they ( the breed) hold the record for pulling the most weight pitbulls are a lil weaker than american bulldogs either way both are great dogs

  • no one said they were all pits yes some of them are american bulldogs.

  • for you morons that say save the pit bulls they love to pull just like a husky they love it before you jugde these videos of pits pulling heavy loads it what they love to do learn a few things i have a UKC req blue APBT that jumps in the air every time i pull out her harness.

  • 1:15 Got it done!

    Killer B

  • 2.16 looks evil

  • Olde English Bulldogs OWN pittbulls anyday

  • lol yea right. i have 2 and there no pitts.

  • Dam 1.07 is a fucking BEAST

  • jesus he looks more bull then pit loltalking like cattle bull

  • save the pitbull

  • Pound for pound, pitties have to be the strongest dogs out there. I'm all set to start training my dog (hips, knees and elbows x-rayed) But I need a good harness...hummmmm...

  • u sell harnesses!?..i need to get a weightpull harness for a rottweiler i`m getting soon..i trained my last 2 dogs in it, but never got to do it profesonally

  • i am so excited to get into this sport. I am going to try and do our first pull in a couple weeks... but we will see if Deno is ready!

thanks again for our harness. we love it

  • BRAH DIS SONG is da shits oh u probely into those so call PUNK songs

  • thats a gay song, but i love those dogs man! thats why youll never see a "bully" doing shit like this man. real pitbulls live for ever, fad dogs die with time.

  • A bully? "real pitbulls" do not exist. Do you mean American Pitbull Terriers?

  • yes thats what the fuck i mean! not the bullshit fat and short dogs with bowlegs.

  • damn i should train my dog to pull. i love the video

  • This is really amazing. THese dogs are so powerful and great to watch! Thank you

  • PEOPLE WHO FEAR DOG WERE BORN WEAK.

  • @Dawg4life1982 I kill dogs its lulzy

  • @Dawg4life1982

Lock yourself bare hands inside a room with a Pit Bull

than you come and tell me if you won't develop some

    respect for the animal.

Oh! you are an animal already sorry buddy!

  • what song is this ??

    nice video

  • young jeezy feat R kelly GO GETTA

  • aw poor puppies u no how hard that uwd be? the do look really well cared for tho =]

  • @Boycraze270 Those aint puppies my dear try working dogs doing what they do best... WORK!

  • what a wonderfuly respectful sport for these great dogs......this should be televised.....

  • because pullin large amounts of weight like 2-3 tons of it is hard effin work. They seem to be happy after the pull in every video I have ever seen of it!

  • Do your BullDogs have to be AABA registerd for these events ???

  • That's an APA pull. They let any healthy adult dog pull. No registration required. Even mixed breeds can compete.

  • Pit bulls r so strong. My cousin has a pit bull hes so strong!!

  • :P :P :P :P :P :P

  • actually it all depends on who can make it or where u buy it. we know ppl who make these harnesses.

and these straps in the video do look thicker.

the reason could becuz of they have thinnner fur and sled dogs have a double coat. mayb to make sure this supports the pit bull more.

but in all the same way its the weight pulling harness. i have seen ppl use walking harnesses or dogsledding harnesses..{incorrect way} do it the correct way and it dont harm them.

    great stuff

  • i have three huskies..

one of mine for her first time pulled 1000lbs.

    training the other to.

its amazing that pit bulls are just as great as sled dogs :D

i have seen one little pit bull about knee high.. pull 2,300 lbs!! she was freaky with her leg muscles..

and these are different harnesses then wat i have seen before

  • I've noticed that sled dog people tend to use harnesses with narrower straps, and they don't pad neckbands or anything. Perhaps because of the fur? Or maybe just because that kind of harness looks more traditional than the thick-strapped, foam-padded harnesses that a lot of weight pullers use. Interesting stuff either way. :)

  • its not that its more traditional than weight pullers use the thick pad for the neck of the dog so it doesn't rip, burn, pull, or due as much damage as a thin one would do

  • I agree that the thicker padding, or pipe foam, is an improvement over the other style, at least for bull breeds. Maybe the sled dog people used the thinner style because the padding pulls the dog's fur? I don't know; all mine are short-haired.

  • michael vic and his asshole buddies should check this out you don't have to destroy a great dog to compete with him bet on dog pulls not dog fights

  • Beeeautiful dogs. Super strong. I love them ^_^

  • whats this song?

  • i whant to know dat 2 :P

  • Young Jeezy - Go Getter (ft. R. Kelly)

    i found it!! :P

  • Check out my dog protecting his bone from me on my videos, and rate and comment :D!

    -Thanks

  • I realy enjoy seeing loyall dogs doing this kinda thing, but it looks liek its very exhausting but i supose they are trained for it, well aslong as there healthy and loved thats all that matters :-)

  • I have a 8months female Pit someone PLEASE PLEASE tell me how to get involved in this sport

  • Best idea is to find local pullers who can help you. Pit Bulls can pull with the UKC, ADBA, I think the AADR. There's also all-breed clubs like the IWPA, APA, UPF, if your dog is unregistered. Check out those clubs on the 'Net and go from there. There's also a good training article at APBT dot info.

  • If I'd been paying attention, I would've come out for that one, at least to watch. Oh well, next time. :)
