Yeah, I usually use D.A.W.N, AFTER my call. . . . . . My FCR was 80+ before it, so i prettymuch know how to properly handle and code every call. . . . . .I just make D.A.W.N give me the codes that I want. Im getting use to ISAAC though. . . . but DAWN and ISAAC together. . SUCK!! and our scores have Not improved.

I work for fts too and i personally think it is bs that sts gets mad at us personally. you should get mad at the company because they enforce us to use dawn and if we dont we are threatened with our jobs. so dont hate fts hate the company and sts shouldnt get mad when the computer program that should call a bitch tells us to send everything to u!
