you have to remember that Derek is going through a lot in this moment. He is one of the best neurosurgeons in the world and it was supposed to be a fairly simple procedure for him. probably something he had done dozens of times. But then, he messed up, and he killed her..he had to tell her husband that he killed his wife. she didnt just die. So in that moment he is feeling the weight of all the people he had killed. So in that moment, i think i would have said some things i didnt mean too.

Oh no.......thats so sad....no matter what he does.......I always can see in his eyes that he loves her....no matter what he says, no matter what he does....but this one was very mean.......
