Actually that wasn't the first time College gameday had been there, I believe back in 1998 they were there for the game against Florida State. So the video is misleading in that regard.

if that is your only point, then you are correct.

your analysis of LSU is off-base. from a season perspective, LSU was, like you said, mediocre. but les miles is one of the best in preparing his teams for bowl games (4-0 in bowls at LSU, including a 41-14 Sugar Bowl thrashing of your boys in 06). LSU was a completely different team in the CFA Bowl (as were we, but obviously not for the better).

as for the "up-and-up"...we have Paul Johnson, yall have Charlie Weis. nuff said.
