They are playing to a track, some of the instruments are taped, some are live. You can hear more background singing than just Sharon. There's also keyboards throughout the song and acoustic guitar. Drums on verses are definitely taped if not all of them. Andrea is definitely live.

for award shows like this, time is a factor and they usually wouldn't have the time or logistics to setup the stage for a full live band, especially so when they have a lineup of several to perform on the show (imagine how the sound man would feel if they did all of them live). therefore they use a studio backing track and usually only have the lead and backing vocals live. my guess anyways..
