Why not? A standing up round up dont have safaty either just like a Enterpirse. Beacause of the G-force you will sitdown in your seat. This Round Up travells 20 years and never have been an accident. So it proves that it is save

the stand-up Round Up has a safety line. you aren't strapped in, but you have the extra protection, in case you lose your grip, that way you don't.. y'know.. fall.

and just because there hasn't been an accident that you've heard of yet, that doesn't mean it's safe. plenty of people drive over the speed limit for years and years and not have an accident until that one fateful night...

Yeah right, you must lead your life with fear. A plane can get down right on your house with you in it and you're dead. You can't think all the sitations out. That line in a stand up version doesn't make any sense. You still fall if the motor is falling out. The fact is that the motor not stops in 1 second but it takes a while for it is stopped. So people can grabb something to on hold. But you are not from Europe I geuss?

it's not that the engine stops that's the major concern. there are even more safety inspections for that. the point i'm trying to make is there are people standing up, you aren't held down in anyway, and near the end of the ride you are encouraged to let go and sit in the middle.

if a child didn't have a good hold, they could lose their grip and hit their head at best. worst case scenerio they get flung off the ride while it's bouncing.

i'm not saying the stand-up ride is better simply because you stand. i'm saying there are no safety precautions and this ride looks about as safe as something from the 1920's world fair.
