People are wrong when they say Hard Rock is dead. Chevelle along with Theory Of A Deadman, Airbourne, Avenged Sevenfold are just as amazing as AC/DC, Metallica, Alice In Chains. Hard Rock is just as good as It was in 1976.

I wish I could agree but no.

I love Chevelle. Avenged Sevenfold can be okay at times. But Airbourne I've never cared for, and Theory of a Deadman went south after their first album (which disappointed me because I was extremely pleased with their first and I was anxiously awaiting more).

AC/DC, Metallica, and Alice in Chains are significantly better. And it's not because I'm old and love them classically. I'm actually young relative to most of their fans.

@Meka2000ify I havn't found too many bands that sound like chevelle. However, I would recomend Breaking Benjamin (especially Diary of Jane). Chevelle was influenced by Tool. I would say the two bands, Tool and Chevelle, sound pretty similar. If you find you like Tool then check out Perfect Cirlce.
