all I can say is that you lucked up, Good for you, not sure of where your located, but "I'm in Detroit and have doing this for almost 20 years, and what I've found out is, even the best tenant unders conditions of eviction will leave your place bad, and I keep my places empty for longer than a month to try and find that near perfect tenant, check my tenant hororr stories video's out
Even though you screen them very well. I would still have check up on the house every 3-4 month just in case.
