Okay, I've come to the conclusion that this is fake (just listen to me, I thought it was real first too!)

The length of a regulation high school backboard is 6ft. (from left to right). Pause at :49, when she straightens out parallel to the ground. Even partially curled up, she stretches across the whole length of the backboard (6 feet!).

Do you really believe that this girl is over 6 feet tall? No! It just appears that way because they are in front of the basket!! She didn't go through it

if you guys look closely you can see the guy back of the girl is looking to the left and up to see the basket but if the girl jumped through the basket it had to be right under him so he had to look up why looking to the left?

you have a great point, if he really was directly in line with the basket (and he would have had to have been) he would have only looked up not up and to the left. This makes it clear that they are actually in front of the basket rather than in line with it and perhaps points out that she never passed through the basket. Instead she went in front of the basket.

they were standing at least 3 or 4 feet in front of the hoop, and she didn't travel backwards. you can tell that by looking at them in proportion to the hoop.

also, the hoop isn't wide enough to fit her shoulders through cleanly like that, and the net wouldn't swish as if a basketball went through it. it would catch on her body because of the length.
