None of us can claim to be righteous, Paul wasnt kidding when he said in Romans 3.10, "There is none righteous, no, not one." Its not by our works but by the Grace of God. Don't concentrate on the failures you see, start looking at people like Jackie Pullinger in Hong Kong, or read a book called 'The Heavenly Man', by Brother Yun and we are all put to shame.

And while some may be worse than others, I have seen people who are genuinely living their lives the way Christ wants them to. But the path is narrow and the workers few but the harvest is great. God help us, we need it.

God's judgment is delivered through the laws of cause and effect. You cannot cheat God by pretending to be holy or be redeemed or forgiven, while you continue to do evil and have not sought the forgiveness of the injured parties and given restitution to them. Before there is any forgiveness, there must be discipline. The sinner must be genuinely sorry and remorseful. He must apologise for his wrongs, make amends for his wrongs and make restitution to compensate the victim(s). Today, in the modern world people are not sorry, do not make amends and do not make restitution, and they still think they are forgiven. They are not forgiven. And then they go out and do the same evils and more evils !

I must say this is a great song. If ye did seek the Kingdom of God every day, instead of concentrating on accumulating wealth, money, property, cars, prestige, social status, etc. ye could slowly learn how to love God and from this you could love your neighbour. Many Christians are in Haiti, Louisianna, Mississippi, the Amazon and foreign countries, making a difference every day. International Aid in Spring Lake, MI is a company of Christians supported by Christian Volunteers whom I helped make health kits(comb, soap, washcloth, towel, shampoo, toothpaste and brush,etc. ) for Katrina victims to make a difference. This company sent water in semi the first day

His love and glory given to us and living in us flows outward from us to each other and to our hurting world. We must walk in his love and glory. To seek the "Kingdom of God" means to seek to be ruled by God, submitting to the Lordship of Jesus. So it matters very much whether or not you accept Jesus to be your King.

Jesus the Christ said that we shall know them by their fruits. The act of "knowing them" does not imply that we judging them, it states that we are examining their fruits.
The fruits of George W. Bush, 500,000 innocent Iraqis murdered and over 2,000 American soldiers murdered speaks for itself. Also the terrible state of the American economy. These are their fruits.
I would advise all peoples to reject Bush and these false Christians and accept Jesus and God !!

I agree it is the meaning of the lyrics which matter. Those people actively seeking, serving and building the kingdom of God produce good fruits which are a joy for everyone to behold - these are the words of Jesus the Christ himself. I would ask every Christian in the USA and Europe to ask yourselves what are you doing in this regard and what are your fruits. Never mind criticising your neighbour, look at yourself. Are you loving God and your neighbour ?

Why are so called "Christians" in America trying to prevent other children of God from having basic healthcare ? why are is there so much false suing of doctors and hospitals by "christians" ? Why is everyone refering to "your christians". A christian is a christian. The term christian means Christ follower, either you do or you don't. People who call themselves Christians just because they go to church aren't Christians, because following Christ means much more than going to church once or twice a week, your life and daily activities must reflect it.

Jesus the Christ, was led to a mountain ledge by Satan and he was shown all the empires and powerful nations of history with their riches and wealth. Satan promised him control and power over these countries and empires if he bowed down before him. Jesus refused. This bowing down before Satan relates to greed, selfishness, the ego and pride, love of power and social staus, the grabbing and taking of another country's resources, etc.. Some Christians follow God, most Christians follow Satan.
