You are 100% correct. The gel that first comes out of a fresh morgellons wound seals the wounds around the edges of the wound causing a barrier and preventing the wound from knitting together and closing. The back fibers then attach themselves to the gel and grow. The gel is either food for them or? I dry out the would by boiling hot water or 20 vol peroxide then after a few days peel off the dried gel which comes off in 1 piece reopen the wound and the normal blood will them scab and heal
