Secretly I wish for Ike to hit us if and only if it is a CAT 1 or lower at landfall. This is because I LOVE rough weather and the meteorology behind it. It is such a rush as long as it is not too intense.

yeah its awesome not to mention it can read a CD in ATRAC format! For awhile I personally thought portable CD players were cooler than MP3 players, until I got one for CHristmas.

So I have been chasing storms with limited equipment, and I have learn to observe the structure of the supercell storms to tell if I am near the tornadic part of the storm. So far with knowing the structure of the supercell storms I have been right on target. Your radio has clear audio quality, and you have a nice one there.
