Florida hasn't lost more than 5 in over 20 years.

What medical expertise/training do you posses to make a diagnosis of someone you've never met, and only communicated with via the Internet? Trained physicians make such diagnoses only after intense and thorough in-person interactions. What expertise do you posses to make such a claim without proper training?
