you're trying to use perfect form with a max weight. if you sacrificed form just a little bit i think you could pull that weight

Great effort! But you should go deeper with your hip, so that your shoulders are in a line over the barbel. Perhaps you should train front squats for the up-movement of lifting.
shoulders need to be in front of the barbell. You've been misinformed.
