No, it's not a restoration of the barge at all. A restoration would have RESTORED the barge to its original goods carrying condition - probably even without the monsterous superstructure and wheel house arrangement in which you found it. I imagine that was added later.

She now has the wheelhouse on and internal fitout is really progressing well. We think she now looks very pretty and can't wait to get our hands on her.

This isn't a restoration. It's a conversion of a Luxmotor from a commercial goods carrying vessel into a recreational/liveaboard barge.
