hi my bb curve screen damaged by sticky alcohol :P, everything working on the phone, just the screen is spotty, and i guess got some pixel problem. i took the phone service, they told me, they cant repair, its better if i buy a new one. hahaa. i am living in ireland, galway, do u have any information, where can i order, or buy a new lcd screen? thank u so much

hey thanks for the reply yeah i see every thing fine but every thing so super bright and white looking the images are there its just a little annoying its better than a broken screen i guess.

@victorinoxknut Hmm, that seems odd then. Possible you can adjust the brightness. I would suggest contacting the seller of the screen directly for further information.

@victorinoxknut Normally this happens when the wrong LCD version is installed. Is there any image at all or is it just pure white? I would double check the versions on the old LCD and replacement to be sure they match.

Hey, here is one for you... So i put yahoo messanger on my black berry then removed it later using the black berry soft wear, Later my g/f sent that messanger a message. A smily showed up on the screen to notify me that i got the message but, it has never left lol its a cute little smily with a 1 next to it. Is there any way to reset my black berry? I have been trying for hours im thinking its in the soft wear but thats just me. Got any ideahs?

Hi rapairs universe I loved you video...my husband laid the curve right where the trunk lid lands when it closes and forgot and closed the trunk lid on it. The screen has one crack down the right side and the screen just looks super distorted. Do you think if i got a new lcd and outer screen it would fix that?.....thanks any reply appreciated!!!!!! 5*****

i had some water damage to my phone a few days ago. after drying it out and testing it, i was amazed when the keys lit up. but i was disappointed when my screen remained black. the rest of my phone works, though, i can call people, enter voice commands, but other then that i cant do much with a dark screen. so my question is this: would replacing my screen alone make it completely operable again? or is it a problem with something else that was caused by water damage? get back to me, please!

Same man I dropped mine in my dogs water dish and I put it in a ziplock bag of rice to dry it out then everything worked but the screen. Im not sure if its the backlight or what. Im going to buy the new screen ill let you know if its worth it!
