I live just about 4 miles south of silver star mt. I have hiked up to the top of the mountain several times( picture is taken from the summit looking south to a smaller riser). I saw this picture online and wanted to reenact it, so I took my younger brother who was about 11 and a camera to the exact spot that the picture was taken. My brother stood in the same place as the "bigfoot", and when comparing the sizes of them, my 4' 10" brother was little more than half the size of "bigfoot". scary

The subject is absolutely normal human size. The darkness is due to the sun being in the southwest in November, backlighting the subject, creating the silhouette. It may be a bigfoot, but if so, it is the same size as a normal, less than 6 foot human.
Yes, you are correct, I was mistaken. I hiked up again this christmas, this time with a better understanding of the location of the picture, etc. Upon reviewing the new picture, you are correct, the figure is no taller than 6 ft or so. I will try to post the pic. to your profile.
I think it would be a good idea to follow the suggestion in the original clip that says, someone should go to the exact location, and try to re-enact the photos to get an idea of scale and to verify or debunk the pix.
I am not sure where you got your "Infrared" photo from or what you're trying to say, but I think the pix are valid. I am skeptical, and would like some verification. :)

To me it looks like a person in a parka with either the hood up or with a toque on or something. You can see what looks like a collar.
