I built my own. I had to use plywood for the walls because eventually the leaves will rip the fabric (my first design). And yes, sticks will always clog it. As for mulching, oak leaves create tannic acid which will kill the lawn if you much them in

i have one, only works if leaves are totally dry, like it hasn't rained in 3 weeks dry. sticks always clog it.

Just mulch your leaves into the lawn! You may have to make 2 passes, but it's fast and easy, and the nutrients good for your grass.

Polymer is a term used with plastics. are you sure the impeller is plastic? Why not make it of high strength steel, to make it last? the setup does look impressive and is better than most manufacturers out there.

If you payed attension to the video, you would know that that impellar is made of industrial polymer that they use in the mining industry. No it is not effected. Saves alot of time to the user that use's the tools right.
