Wow, I've been trying to do something like that, but can't seem to get beyond capturing each frame by hand.

Please tell us how you captured the frames (.jpg) and how you compressed them into the video.

Get software which will capture screenshots of your screen every x number of seconds while you are connected to the website. The fewer snaps taken per minute will mean a faster timelapse. Remeber though that if you want to capture footage over a few days like this video it means you can't use your computer for anything else!

Then load the pics into a video editing program & add the music.

Intersting viewpoint, assume a 24hr web cam from the masters house, but dont see much of material like this on a regular basis. Good stuff.
