By far the best match of the '98 World Cup. The game had everything: great goals, even greater skill from both teams, plenty of excitement, and the most original goal celebration ever! You gotta be a cool character to celebrate an equalising goal at a WC Quater Final against the reigning world champions.

Shame Denmark didn't go through though...anyone who watched the game would've agreed they deserved the win!

Everybody mentions England-Argentina etc. as the best game of the tournament, but for me there can be no doubt: This was the best game of the tournament. It featured a Denmark side that was firing on all cylinders after thrashing dark horse Nigeria, and a Brazil team that played their best here instead of in the final. Plenty of beautiful goals, and the most amusing/original goal celebration of the tournament. Classic match.
