I graduated from RTC Great Lakes in July of 1988.This video certainly brings back memories. The temperature was 105 degrees that day, standing at attention for hours was grueling.

@MrSouthpaw68 Well when my son graduated in this vidfeo, it was April but it was freezing out! We all had to walk to this building from another outside and the wind was blowing and it was so cold. And yes my son said standing at attention for so long was hard, only because he was really hungry! LOL

my boyfriend is leaving for boot camp on Tuesday and I'm so nervous but I'm even more proud of him. I can't wait to be int these same seats cheering for him. I'm so proud to be a Navy girlfriend :) Seeing this has made me even more excited for him!!!
