  • @AtlantisEnergy All of the participating students have graduated, but the some graduate students have continued with the testing of this aircraft. UW has a new capstone project each year, this years project is to build a scale version high aspect ratio transport that is similar in size to this aircraft. It cost ~10000 USD in materials, ~100,000 USD in donated wind tunnel time, CFD processor time, and computer programs and ~9500 student man-hours. It got up to about 125 mph in later testing.
