According to International Table Tennis Federation Laws and Regulations, a ping-pong table should measure nine feet by five feet, and should stand two feet, six inches off the ground. The surface can be made of any material, as long as it yields a bounce of about 9 inches when a ball is dropped from a height of 1 foot
i' doing my next weekend. I knew everything you said, but thank for the video. But my idea is a MINI PING PONG TABLE, 3' x 6'. Using a Birch Plywood 1/2 inch Thick. And i will cut it in half, to be able to fold it and put it away easily. my apartment is kind of small. When im done i will cover it with Masonite, to get a better bounce. thanks for the tips, 5 Stars
to get agood bounce you should sand it down befor painting it, but hey anything is better than paying 3/5 hunfred dollars for a real ping pong table, haha
wow, i dont mean to get into your discussion with someone else, but damn, you dont hafta be a dick. he didnt call you stupid or anything and you were all rude and shit.

Actually the competition standard is 9 feet by
5 feet table the net being 6 inches and the height of the complete table should be 30 inches. Oh and what happened to green and white tables(amateur)

Your gonna get shitty bounce from that. Its gonna hit those lumps and bounce off to the side. Masonite would make a good cover.
