What makes a game fun is for 90% its gameplay. I'm sorry but moving things around it's not a game. Game logic is done through programming in some kind of logical languange, be it hardcore like c++, or rather easy, like the scripts you can do on that Alice tool.

Anyway, saying that you can make a game without any programming is a big lie.
