@biostyle All his mental episodes are just annoying, he has potential to be a great character, he just keeps losing his mind. Marvel should just seperate the void from him for good....so we can enjoy The Sentry Robert "Bob" Reynolds....after awhile you don't feel sorry for him.

They couldn't depower him, because Bendis needed him for his stupid Siege-story with all of his powers and even more, but they also couldn't let him one-shot everyone, because that would have been boring, so they made a stupid nutcase out of him. Bendis did a bad job with writing Sentry, while Paul Jenkins did an awesome job. The Sentry in his Volume 1 and 2 was the greatest character ever made, in my opinion.

To make things less boring, if you have a faultless god you end up with superman, which is damn boring unless you like reading about DC's latest clone/alternate reality version of superman.
Its also best to have the universe set from the get go, have all the crossover you want, but when a char dies, he should stay dead throughout that universes continuity. In other words, no Franken Castle.
Same issue DBZ had, everything stagnates when you have gods and nobody stays dead.
