My fav prep tip is early prep. Stores have sales all year long on stuff andmany are items you'd use for a dinner like that. Most with a long shelf life. So its easy to get items ahead of time, months ahead of timewithout worrying about spoiling. Such as the itemsfor green bean casserole, all of which can used canned goods. My mom has most of her stuff purchased in the summer because she hates holiday shopping.
