  • u gotta wonder whats up with all these school shootings. its not the country, its not violent video games, its not television. its something else. its us people.

  • @ 3:22 that was my dad that looked at u!!!

  • is that noter dame when the teacher got shot

  • @baileyp5 yeah...it was my brother's 5th grade techer and he saved her life by running down to the office PASSED the shooter and got her out alive by telling the principal. it was a scary and absolutely crazy day

  • I remember this....

  • Wow thanks for posting this. And to the cameraman, you went throught he trouble and effort and not so nice people to tape and deliver this, thanks!

  • i left school for this... even though it would of been safer to stay at the school... but i went home after they found him

  • That's Sad look at all the people show up like it's the fucking soup kitchen.

  • I was at the carry out at the time!...I was soooo scared!

  • i was at that school wen it happened i was in the sixth grade.but thank god we were with r study buddies wen it happened. everyone prayed 4 mrs layne and she made a full recovery god was with all of us!!!!!!!!!

  • it was so scary i was at the school across the street but the guitarist in the band im in went there he was in the class

  • dude i remeber it so close like it was yesterday.I still think about it sometimes.

  • i waz in the classroom at the very top of the building that waz trimmed in white. pause it at 1:27 and u will see

  • I remember this. I was in the classroom. I swear I was. She was stabbed like twenty times and he shot his gun like five times but he missed. He almost hit my X girlfiend! So 10 of the girls went in the coat room and hid and 1 boy. Me and the rest of the boys and one girl went down stairs as fast as we could to the principals office (Mrs. Kern). Mrs. Kurn was one of the bravest out of all of us. Now Mrs. Layne is completely heeled and she is in the room next to us.

  • i was in 5th grade and we were aqll thinking it was a drill and we had a sub who was a policeman. i went to pes and we knew it was real when we saw all these police cars comin.

  • i remember that we had some weid drill and we had to stay away from the door and when i found out what happened i was like holy crap all that happened across the street

  • I was working at WPAY when this happened and was called in early so Lorenzo could report on it. It was nerve wracking being on the air all day and wondering what was going on. You're right though, Portsmouth and the areas around it are terribly corrupt. I'm not sure if it's the most corrupt, but nonetheless, very corrupt. I mean all the cops are ready to pull over anybody going 4 miles over the speed limit and suggest that you're a druggie. Glad I got out when I did and living in Nashville now.

  • Portsmouth Ohio is the most corrupt city in the USA. Criminal police, sheriif & deputies and a court system that ORGANIZES the crooked outcome of their cases..

    What a dangerous city.

Portsmouth's worst criminals wear a badge or black robe.

  • The only good cop Portsmouth had in the last 20 years is Juan Shippley. Good Judge? Ask Russ Cooper or former deputy Matt Powell how good the bunch is...

  • yaeh i know juan he is a good man. the judge would probly be harcha, but i oly know him as a family man. i grew up with his boys. as for the lady sherriff, i forget her name but she helped my mom and me out with some wierd stalker lady, so i thank her

  • Lmfao no1 wants to hear that... KEEP saying it lol

  • The Portsmouth police, Ohio's most dangerous "street gang"...

  • I went to East High school when this happened and we herd it over the radio we was on a semi lock down because we were miles away but it was still scary! A lot of kids left because there parents were afraid! So glad I graduate this year and won't have to worry about this stuff till I have kids

  • i was in the Portsmouth elementry (6th grade, now im in the high school 7th grade) anyway we had a sub and we all were givin her a hard time (lol) and they annouced code red, but we didnt kno if it was a drill or not so we still talkd and the sub went outside the room and came back in w/ news dat it was real and it happend across da street and lik 5 kids in my class cryd, they thought she ment da high school which there bro/sis were in i lold w/ my homie joey and kept my homie timmy from cryn

  • We did not go into lockdown that day. I was at PWMS when this happened. We had a sub for band, and the sub mentioned a school shooting. I asked him where it was, and when he said Notre Dame, I was like "ARE YOU SERIOUS!!?!?!?". Maybe not exactly, but you get my point.

  • I knew a couple who's little girl was there that day was really scary I heard helicopters

overhead all morning long and lots of police hope this does not happen again!

  • i go to the m.s. when we were in lock dowen and my mom lives 2-3 houses down from there

  • Thank God I live in Canada, there has NEVER been 1 Single school shooting in the history of the man kind in Canada, yet in the States, School Shootings are almost a Weekly Occurrence. Maybe something can be learned from Canadians.

  • Sorry, but that isn't true. . . Montreal alone has had three different shooting incidents.

  • Actually sir theres been 7 in Canada

  • How About the

Centennial Secondary School shooting Brampton, Ontario Canada May 28, 1975

St Pius X High School School Ottawa, Ontario, Canada October 27 1975

École Polytechnique Massacre Montreal, Quebec, Canada December 6 1989

Concordia University massacre Montreal, Quebec, Canada August 24 1992

    W. R. Myers High School shooting Taber, Alberta, Canada April 28 1999

(Past Remaining character count 2 canda shootings left)

Fuck Canadians. Who think Canada Is Perfet

  • haha, okay your right, I was wrong, but still Canada is better than the states :-)

  • noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  • yep :-)

I hate the States and their secret Illuminati/Bilderberg Group society, shame on the States.

  • WTF is the world coming to?

6 (SIX) school shootings over a period of 7 days!!

it use to be 1 every 1-2 years, now it's 6 in 7 days!!

Something needs to be done about this, and not just "watch the kids closer" but do some sort of preventative measures, like stopping bullying, and punishing people well, when they bully people.

  • lol i was in the portsmouth hig school/junior high school when this happened i was like wtf? why r we in lockdown, the i heard mrs. layne got shot and the guys "girlfriend" got stabbed.

  • well, i was worried sick because my brother and sister were in there, but mrs. layne was my old 5th grade teacher. i'm glad i wasn't there. i'm at the high school now.

  • My skool almost went on lock down but the HS and the ES did and not the MS I know Portsmouth and New boston did and a whole bunch of teachers from my skool had to go pick there kids up from Notre Dame :(
