It's so telling that the report fails to note that the victims of this unmistakeable terrorist attack on a civilian passenger bus were Serbs, and the attackers, undoubtedly the same Albanian terrorist group which the governments of England and "United Kingdom" (sic) recognise as rulers of an "independent" country, so "independent" it will need billions of Euros in charity every year just to function.
